Built by importing their existing forms from Excel
Scan a Run Card or receipt QR code to open the right form, then enter readings, gauges and photos item by item
Inspection results are emailed out immediately; failures are routed to the owning department and re-inspected, with every version retained
Digitise the checklists without rebuilding them
Their existing forms were imported from Excel into digital checklists.
