Do we need to replace our machines?
Usually not. ECS connects to existing machines via PLC, Modbus or OPC-UA, and most legacy equipment can be brought online. We assess on site to confirm what is feasible — and if a machine genuinely cannot be connected, we will tell you straight.
How long does deployment take?
A basic shop-floor dashboard can be live the same day. Full ERP sync typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on your setup.
What if our network drops?
ECS keeps data on-site and keeps alerting while offline, then backfills automatically once the network is back — no data loss.
Does it work with our existing ERP?
Yes. ECS keeps two-way, real-time data sync with your existing ERP systems such as DigiWin or ArtosWin.
