EMS — Energy Management System
Monitor equipment energy use and drive it down — from power metering to carbon inventory in one system, putting ESG reporting within reach.
The problems this solves
Energy costs are a black box
All you see is one bill at month-end — no idea which machine is drinking power, or which hours cost the most.
Carbon inventory is painful
Customers want an ISO 14064 report and the EU wants CBAM data — and you are still building it by hand in Excel.
Demand overruns cost you money
Exceed your contracted capacity and the utility bills you a penalty — and you only find out after the fact.
Savings you can’t prove
You spent real money retrofitting efficient equipment, and when the boss asks what it bought you, nobody has an answer.
Core features
Every feature targets a real problem on the floor.
Power Monitoring
Connects to meters and smart meters to show live consumption by site, line and machine.
Energy Analytics
Break energy use down by time slot, machine and product to expose where the savings are.
Alarms & Demand Management
Abnormal draw raises an instant alarm; when demand approaches the contract limit, loads shed automatically.
Emissions Reporting
Scope 1, 2 and 3 reports generated automatically to ISO 14064 and the GHG Protocol.
Energy-Saving Recommendations
AI reads your historical load patterns and proposes savings without being asked.
ESG Reporting
Generate the energy chapter of your annual ESG sustainability report in one click.
What you get
Works with every other module
Data flows through once — no more re-keying.
MES / Manufacturing
Combine with work-order data to calculate the carbon footprint of every unit produced.
ERP / Costing
Energy cost is allocated automatically to each department and product.
Machine PLCs
Read machine run data directly — no extra sensors to install.
FAQ
Do we need to replace our meters?
Not necessarily. We can read your existing meters over Modbus / RS-485; if there are none, we recommend fitting smart meters.
Does it cover CBAM reporting?
Yes. EMS ships with a CBAM template and generates the EU-recognised emissions declaration automatically.
Can it integrate solar and storage?
Yes. PV, ESS and EV chargers are all supported for optimised energy dispatch.
Is it worth it for a small factory?
If your monthly power bill runs above NT$300,000, or a customer is asking for ESG data, it pays. Typical payback is 12–18 months.
