WMS — Warehouse Management System
Receiving, put-away and shipping fully digitised. Mobile scanning updates stock instantly — the books match the shelves, and finding material no longer depends on memory.
The problems this solves
Finding stock depends on the veteran
Where material sits and how long it has been there lives in one person’s head. The day he takes leave, nobody can find anything.
Books don’t match the shelves
System stock and physical stock keep drifting apart — you only discover the shortage at month-end count.
A stocktake shuts the plant for a day
Paper counts stop the whole plant, several times a year — slow and error-prone.
FIFO never actually happens
Nobody tracks material age, so dead stock piles up and dated goods get scrapped.
Core features
Every feature targets a real problem on the floor.
Receiving
Scan purchased and produced goods in — the system assigns a bin and prints the part label.
Shipping
Pick against work orders or sales orders; scanning out deducts stock instantly, with FIFO support.
Bin Management
A visual bin map shows exactly where each part sits, and optimises the pick path.
Live Inventory
Every movement updates on the spot — accurate stock across multiple warehouses and bins, any time.
Lot & Serial Traceability
Lot, serial and expiry recorded end to end — recalls and trace-backs in one click.
Mobile Stocktake
Count by phone or PDA, reconcile variances on the spot — no line stoppage.

Do we have to use RFID?
No. Barcodes are enough to go live. Whether RFID pays off depends on warehouse size and unit value — you can add it later.
Does it support multiple warehouses and sites?
Yes. Multiple warehouses, multiple bins and inter-plant transfers, with stock visible in one place.
What devices do staff use?
We recommend a rugged PDA or a tablet with a scanner. Small warehouses can start with phone scanning.
Can it integrate with our existing ERP?
Yes. A standard API plus two-way sync with the ERP systems commonly used in Taiwan (Digiwin, Chain Sea and others).
